About Achieve Senior Placement

Hello, I'm Tom Groesbeck, founder and owner of Achieve Senior Placement.

I started Achieve Senior Placement because I saw how overwhelming it can be for seniors and their families to navigate the many decisions involved in finding the right senior living option. Choosing a community is about much more than finding an available room—it's about finding a place where your loved one can feel safe, supported, valued, and truly at home.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with seniors and their families throughout the senior care industry. My experience includes assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, and other senior care services. Throughout my career, I have helped families understand their options and make decisions during some of life's most important transitions.

But I also understand this journey on a personal level. I've been in your shoes. When it was time to help my own father transition into assisted living, I experienced firsthand the emotions, questions, and uncertainty that families face when making this decision for someone they love. Even with my professional experience, going through that process personally gave me a deeper appreciation for how important it is to have someone you trust walking alongside you.

That experience reinforced why I do what I do today. Every family deserves more than just a list of communities—they deserve someone who will listen, understand their unique situation, and provide honest, compassionate guidance to help them find the right fit.

As a husband and father, family is at the heart of everything I do. My goal with Achieve Senior Placement is simple: to make this process easier, less overwhelming, and more personal for the families I serve throughout Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast.
